Why yoga class with Shvaas?
Anu is passionate about you embracing the art of yoga in the comfort of your personal space. You can expect to get individual attention and support through your practice in a safe environment.
I have never done Yoga before. Can I still participate in a class?
Absolutely! Let me know at the start of the class, so you can be guided through the poses. You will be provided appropriate alternatives if you have any injuries or any pose feels uncomfortable.
What if I have an injury, will I still be able to attend a class?
Yoga can help with managing injuries and rehabilitation. Please discuss your injuries and concerns with me prior or at the start of the class so guidance can be provided for a safe practice.
However please be aware that Yoga is a physical activity and you should get consent from your medical practitioner if you have any concerns before participating in classes.
What do I need to participate in a class?
Classes are delivered online or face to face. For online, you will need a laptop or mobile, a mat and yourself! The classes are delivered via Google Meet and the details of the meeting ID will be sent in the booking confirmation email to you.
If you would like a private one on one class, please contact me so we can discuss the right options to suit your needs.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, we respectfully request you do so at least 24 hours prior to start of the class. This will allow us to provide the space for another participant. Your class fees will be fully refunded if you choose to cancel 24 hours prior to start of the class. Cancellations or reschedules cannot be made within 24 hours of a scheduled class. This means you will incur a cancellation fees which is the same as the class fees. Missed classes will also incur a cancellation fees which is the same as the class fees.
