Classes offered at Shvaas
Classes are delivered online, in a flow format, with poses that are intelligently sequenced to create a dynamic and strong practice. The classes generally have a theme (e.g. strength, conditioning) and a focal point (e.g. Shoulders, Core).
Classes can be attended from the comfort of your home. All you need is a mat, laptop or mobile and yourself!

Private one on one classes are also offered. This is a great option if you are looking to set up a personal practice (including tailoring to any injuries), understanding and refining technique, or progressing faster with some challenging poses (like arm balances). Contact me if you are interested!
